Carlos Enrique Tejera ("Carluccio") is a Venezuelan-born filmmaker and photographer based in Palo Alto, CA.

As Ibero-American Competition Specialty Programmer at Miami Film Festival, Tejera curated international features for competition. He founded Sfumato, LLC, directing music videos for RED Music (Sony Music Entertainment) and YahYah Music.

His latest short film "MANICURE," starring Stef Dawson (The Hunger Games, The Paper Store), is touring the festival circuit, including the Oscar-qualifying Woodstock Film Festival.

Tejera spearheaded SERHANT. Studios' Florida expansion, producing premium real estate content that generated millions of views for celebrity broker Ryan Serhant's Miami and Delray Beach operations.

He currently works at a leading AI company in the Bay Area and holds a B.F.A. from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with a minor in The Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology.
